I was involved in management tasks such as consulting and guidance in artificial intelligence solutions for process automation and cost savings in the area of document solutions. Defined project scopes, designed architectures for end-to-end AI solutions (usually on Google Cloud), and estimated time and cost. In addition, I was also involved in technically developing and implementing the planned solutions. I mainly used Python with libraries like Numpy, Pandas, spaCy (NLP), PyTorch, TensorFlow or Sklearn. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flask, and Google Cloud (sometimes AWS) to implement models for their use.
I was collaborating in the European EXOSAFE project (mechatronic leg replica to benchmark safety of human exoskeleton interaction) as part of my master thesis. My thesis covers from the data acquisition, filtering and preprocessing to the prediction of human interaction forces in lower limb exoskeleton with machine learning algorithms. Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM and RNN were tested using Sklearn and PyTorch. You can review this project and its code on Github.
I reinforced my knowledge of data science and machine learning field, especially in supervised and unsupervised learning, dimensionality reduction, computer vision and NLP. I got the maximum grade in machine learning and deep learning courses (mainly using Sklearn and Pytorch). I developed my thesis in the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in the motor rehabilitation field, predicting human interaction forces on the lower limb exoskeleton.
I was involved in the whole process of a machine learning project. Visualization, pre-processing and statistical analysis of the data. Feature engineering to increase data coverage. Development and training of predictive models, and evaluation of results. I was using Python with libraries like Matplotlib, Pandas, Numpy, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn. Deployment of the models building APIs in Flask on Google Cloud Platform.
I was designing and developing web user interfaces (in ELM functional programming along with HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and back-end logic (TypeScript and PostgreSQL) from scratch to first alpha version to collect and visualize data. The nature of the data processed by these platforms was in the field of health and biomedical applications (EHR SaaS).
I achieved intelligent control with honors (genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic and neural networks). I was awarded with the European seal for entrepreneurship in my final project, which was intended for dependent's assistance. You can review this project and its code on Github. In addition, I was able to represent the university in mountain bike championships and be the delegate of the soccer team.
